Once you find your community you will be asked to upload a PDF or picture of the front page of your lease to verify you are a resident. This is a vital step to ensure the data is clean and accurate.
Verify your information, which will include your first name only, unit type, discounts and premiums, and your email address. You will be assigned a unique name which is not identifiable and then you are ready to explore!

Neighbor rent is what verified residents actually pay, net of concessions. Published rent is the current advertised asking rent. On this example card the published rents are this community's real asking rents from September 2026 (7 floor plans); the neighbor rents are sample numbers until residents here share theirs.
