About Rent Huddle

Rent Huddle is a neighborhood-powered way to see what your neighbors actually pay. Residents share real lease data, anonymously, and we show it alongside landlord-advertised rates so renters can walk into a lease signing or a renewal conversation knowing the real numbers.

Why we built it

Property listings tell you the asking price. They conveniently leave out the questions that matter most:

• When's the best time to sign? Summer rents run significantly higher than winter. Seeing the seasonal swing before you sign can save you real money.
• What's actually going on here? Real talk from real neighbors about rent, maintenance, safety, and amenities. The stuff the property tour never mentions.
• What are others paying? Identical units in the same building often rent for very different amounts. Knowledge is leverage when negotiating.

We aggregate anonymous lease data from verified residents to answer those questions, community by community.

How it works

Find your community, tell us your floor plan and what you actually pay (anonymously), and instantly compare your rent against verified neighbor data. Once you're verified, your community's huddle opens up: a private space where neighbors connect, share, and save.

Our commitment

Your data is anonymous and aggregated. We never share personally identifiable information, and we never sell your individual lease details. Rent Huddle exists to give renters the same information advantage landlords have always had.
